Nyetimber returns as the sponsor of the Motoring Event of the Year category

The International Historic Motoring Awards is delighted to welcome Nyetimber as the sponsor of the Motoring Event of the Year category for 2026, as well as the Awards’ Exclusive Sparkling Wine Partner.

Nyetimber has been part of the International Historic Motoring Awards for several years, with the partnership bringing together two organisations with a shared appreciation for excellence, craftsmanship and the art of creating memorable experiences.

The Motoring Event of the Year award recognises the events that make an outstanding contribution to the international historic and collector car world, celebrating the people and organisations behind exceptional gatherings, concours, tours and motoring experiences. The category was sponsored by Nyetimber in 2025, when Audrain Newport Concours & Motor Week took the award.

Alongside its category sponsorship, Nyetimber will be the exclusive sparkling wine partner for the 2026 Awards, with its wines served at the drinks reception at The Peninsula London on Friday 13 November.

Nyetimber is renowned for its English sparkling wines, made using estate-grown grapes and the traditional method. Its vineyards span Sussex, Hampshire and Kent, with the estate’s history of winemaking beginning with the planting of its first vines in 1988.

The 2026 International Historic Motoring Awards will bring together leading figures from across the global historic motoring community for an evening celebrating the people, organisations, events, cars, clubs, books and initiatives shaping the world of collector cars.
