Tour de Corse Historique

In the absence of WRC competition, the Tour de Corse Historique maintains Corsica’s rallying heritage across five demanding stages. The 2024 event attracted 383 cars from 35 marques, covering nearly 1,000 kilometres including 386 timed kilometres across 17 special stages.

This year’s edition celebrated the Lancia Rally 037’s 40th anniversary, whilst showcasing an extraordinary array of historic competition cars, from Porsche 550 A Spyders to Group B legends. The event’s popularity saw entries close within twelve hours, drawing 380 crews from 23 countries, including American rally champion John Buffum and ex-Formula 1 driver Jos Verstappen.

Beyond the motorsport, the rally’s 3,200-strong contingent generates significant local impact, with 15,000 overnight stays contributing €1.4 million to the Corsican economy.
