Award Nominations

Nominations for the Historic Motoring Awards are free of charge.

All nominations must be submitted via the official awards platform before the published closing date. Nominators are encouraged to create an account before submitting their nomination, allowing them to save their progress and return to amend or update their submission at any time prior to the deadline.

Once a nomination has been submitted, an acknowledgement email will be sent to the email address provided.

Nominations may be withdrawn by contacting the Awards team at info@historicmotoringawards.com before the closing date.

The organisers reserve the right to move a nomination into a different category if, in the opinion of the judges or Awards team, it is better suited elsewhere.

The judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the judging process.

Supporting Material

Nominators may upload supporting documents, photographs, videos and other relevant materials as part of their submission.

Please ensure that all uploaded files comply with the stated file type and file size restrictions. Files exceeding the maximum upload size may fail to upload successfully.

By submitting supporting materials, nominators confirm that they have the necessary permissions and rights to share the content with the Historic Motoring Awards for judging and promotional purposes.

Shortlisted Nominees

Shortlisted nominees may be contacted by the Awards team to provide additional information, imagery or supporting materials for use during the judging process and in event communications.

Shortlisted nominations may be featured on the Historic Motoring Awards website, social media channels, event programme, presentations and other promotional materials relating to the Awards.

Winners

Winners will be announced at the Historic Motoring Awards ceremony.

Each winner will receive an official Historic Motoring Awards trophy and recognition across the Awards’ communication channels, including the website and post-event publicity.

Duplicate trophies may be available to purchase following the event and may be subject to an additional charge.

Logo Usage

Where applicable, nominees may be asked to provide a high-resolution logo for use in Awards-related materials, including shortlist announcements, presentations, event programmes and on-screen displays during the Awards ceremony.

By submitting a logo, nominees grant the Historic Motoring Awards permission to use it in connection with the promotion and administration of the Awards.

Official Historic Motoring Awards Winner and Finalist assets may only be used in accordance with the Awards’ brand guidelines and must reference the relevant award year.

Awards Ceremony & Ticket Bookings

Attendance at the Awards ceremony is subject to the purchase of tickets or hospitality packages where applicable.

Any ticket or table bookings are subject to the terms provided at the time of booking.

The organisers reserve the right to amend event details, timings, venue arrangements or programme content where necessary.

General

The Historic Motoring Awards reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Submission of a nomination constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
